ALL ROADS ARE OPEN! 

Road maintenance is ongoing. This maintenance will consist of debris removal, sweeping, and roadway edge restoration. Please drive with caution while the equipment and workers are present. No major paving/overlay projects are currently scheduled. 

Trees within the common areas and immediately adjacent to all roadways within the community will be surveyed for safety and access consideration. Trees in need of trimming or removal will be evaluated by a professional arborist. Residents may report safety or access concerns below:

Oak Trail Estates in collaboration with Woodstock Ranch and the Santa Barbara County Fire Department is pursuing a Firewise Community Certification for our respective communities. This will greatly enhance fire prevention and safety within our communities, with the potential for discounted fire insurance rates for our residents. 

It is recommended that homes have a 100' defensible space around the entire perimeter of the home. Inspections are available by trained professionals from the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
